What you give us directly. The contact form collects first name, last name, email address, and optionally your company, the reason for reaching out, your fleet size, and a free-text message. If you write to contact@fluidprism.com directly, whatever you choose to include.

What's collected automatically. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that necessarily processes basic connection information to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We don't layer analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on top of this. The homepage's single sessionStorage entry holds no personal information and clears when you close the tab.

The contact form is a local mail composer, not a submission to our servers. Clicking "Send Message" opens your own email client with a pre-filled draft addressed to contact@fluidprism.com. Nothing is transmitted to FluidPrism, or stored by this website, unless and until you actually send that email — at which point it's handled like any other email, subject to your email provider's and ours.

To exercise any of these, email contact@fluidprism.com. Since we hold very little data to begin with, most requests are simple to fulfill quickly.

Detection runs on the customer's own device, and the central Sentinel reporter only ever receives anonymized metadata (counts, risk scores, categories, timestamps) — never the raw prompt text or the sensitive values themselves. That architecture is described in full in the documentation. How a customer's own data flows through a deployed Argos installation is governed by that customer's order form and Data Processing Agreement, not by this website's privacy policy. One exception worth naming explicitly: the interactive Sentinel preview linked from this site is a demonstration only. It runs entirely in your browser against fabricated example data, contacts no server, and stores nothing.
